WHAT WE DO DIFFERENT
TRUE SECONDARY WATER BARRIER
A self-adhered roof deck joint tape designed to seal wood deck seams and help roofing contractors meet the latest building code requirements. We provide a water-tight seal to roof deck joints, delivering a true secondary water barrier against moisture infiltration caused by wind-driven rain, ice dams, and other severe weather when the roof covering or underlayment may be compromised.
HURRICANE - RATED MARCO ROOF VENTS
We use Marco hurricane-rated low-profile roof vents where specified, providing attic ventilation while maintaining a clean, finished appearance. In South Florida, ventilation components should complement the roofing system—not become its weak point.

REINFORCED FLAT ROOF SEAM PROTECTION
Flat roof seams and laps are some of the most vulnerable areas for water intrusion. As part of our enhanced flat roof protection, Rossi Roof Systems applies Karnak Flex over critical seams, laps, penetrations, and high-water areas, then broadcasts matching roofing granules into the material.
This creates a reinforced protective layer over the areas most likely to develop leaks, helping seal vulnerable transitions, protect exposed membrane edges, and add another level of defense against standing water and South Florida weather.

ENHANCED VALLEY PROTECTION
Roof valleys handle some of the highest concentrations of rainwater on a home. Rossi systems incorporate enhanced valley waterproofing and valley-metal detailing rather than relying solely on the primary underlayment.

WALL FLASHING & STUCCO
We don’t treat flashing as an afterthought.
Wall flashing, valley metal, plumbing penetrations, roof transitions and other vulnerable locations are properly integrated into the roofing system to create a continuous drainage and waterproofing strategy.

Rossi Roof Systems stands behind our workmanship with Rossi craftsmanship warranties ranging from 6 to 12 years, depending on the roofing system installed.
Because we are certified with leading roofing manufacturers, qualifying projects may also be eligible for additional manufacturer-backed warranty options from Polyglass, TAMKO, and CertainTeed. These warranties can provide added protection beyond our workmanship coverage and may include enhanced material or system coverage depending on the selected product and warranty program.
